10 Things I Love Spring Edition
Taking it easy, the interconnectedness between change and growth, my all-time favorite show and more things I'm loving this Spring.
How is everyone? If you’re feeling some intensity in the air, this could be explained by eclipse season, which we’re now in. Knowing this helps me contextualize “bad things” as purposely timed hard things. I love astrology. I’m a proponent of anything that helps me move away from wallowing towards learning. This edition of 10 Things has a cozy, comforting theme throughout because I feel like that’s what we need this week. Enjoy!
For those interested in the eclipse, this is my favorite astrologer’s take on it. She’s a psychological astrologer so her writing is a soothing blend of what’s happening astrologically, plus how we can navigate it in a human, healing way.
I just heard this quote and am obsessed with it: “A bad day for the ego is a good day for the soul.” It’s a reminder that change and loss is interconnected with growth and healing.

I loved this free digital history of the Noguchi Museum, somewhere I can’t believe I haven’t been but have always wanted to go.

was a fun (i.e. easy) one to make with my daughter.I’m late to the Drops of God party but if you haven’t seen this show I highly recommend! It’s one of my favorites so far this year.
Have you heard of the I Ching? It’s one of the world’s oldest books and a divination tool for navigating change. This now free gathering with
and is a great introduction.I feel like a cliché for saying this but I’ve cut back on drinking lately. I decided to only drink when I go out, which turns out isn’t very often. These have been a happy, occasional alternative to my former glass of wine. Code OLIVIA will give you 20% off sitewide.
All 94 episodes of Sex and the City aka my favorite show of all time will be on Netflix starting 4/1! This show is the ultimate comfort for me. It’s nostalgic and warm and fun and heartfelt…I could go on. I feel an even deeper affinity towards Carrie since I’ve started writing this newsletter :) It’s exactly what I’ll be watching for the foreseeable future.
See you next week!
